    discount utilization and service level agreements.
  • Develop cost matrix detailing current spend and present to customer
    for approval/verification.
  • Identify and quantify all opportunities for expense reduction.
  • Develop, present, and obtain approval on strategy.
  • Utilizing past negotiation experience PPM will leverage pricing
    proposals from previous engagements to develop
    recommended target fees for services currently provided by
    your current vendor
  • PPM will develop recommended negotiation strategy
  • PPM will present all opportunities for expense reduction and
    recommendations on application pricing and negotiation
    strategy
  • PPM will obtain approval from customer on overall strategy
  • Implement mutually agreed upon strategy
  • Utilizing mutually agreed upon strategy, PPM will implement
    negotiation on revised service and fee contract proposal from
    customer's current print vendor.
  • PPM will implement additional strategic steps included in the
    plan
  • PPM will present proposals, findings, and recommendations
    to customer
  • Present expense reduction solutions and financial summary
